Who we are
GrosPrint (grosprint.com) is a print-on-demand platform operated from Doral, Miami, FL, USA ("GrosPrint", "we"). GrosPrint runs on technology licensed from FlexMerch, which acts as our technology provider. Questions about this policy: privacy@grosprint.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter on the waitlist, sign-up form or quiz: name, email, phone or messenger handle.
- Store and business profile from the onboarding quiz: store links and platforms, monthly order volume, production spend range, current print providers, team size, years in e-commerce, tools you use, goals, product niche and any comments you add.
- Codes and campaign data: invite or promo codes and UTM parameters from the link that brought you here.
- Usage events: pages viewed, buttons clicked and quiz steps completed, used to measure our sign-up funnel.
- Payments: when you buy a paid service (for example a strategy call), the payment provider processes your card. We receive the payment status, never the full card number.
- Call bookings: the time slot and details you give the scheduling tool.
- Order data once you sell through GrosPrint: your end customers' names, shipping addresses and order contents, needed to print and ship.
How we use it
- To review your application, assign an Alpha seat, price tier and service level.
- To send your magic sign-in link, onboarding emails and, if you opt in, Alpha updates (1–2 emails a month).
- To contact you by phone or messenger if you gave us one.
- To produce, pack and ship orders and handle support and quality claims.
- To measure and improve the site and sign-up flow.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
For users in the EU/UK our legal bases are: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (running and improving the service), consent (marketing emails, advertising cookies) and legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run GrosPrint, under contracts that limit their use of the data:
- FlexMerch (platform technology and order engine);
- our production sites in Miami, USA and Warsaw, Poland;
- shipping carriers, for delivery;
- payment, scheduling, email-delivery and hosting providers: payment provider, scheduling provider, email provider, Vercel;
- advertising and analytics partners, only if you accept advertising cookies (see the Cookie Policy);
- authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and quiz data: until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after your last activity. Account and order data: for as long as your account is open, plus the period tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years for invoices).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent. EU/UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority. Write to privacy@grosprint.com; we answer within 30 days.
International transfers
We operate in the United States and the European Union. When data moves between them we use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, access is limited to staff who need it, and payment data stays with the payment provider.
Children
GrosPrint is for sellers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Material changes are announced by email.
