Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are between you and GrosPrint. By joining the waitlist, creating an account or placing orders you agree to them. You must be 18 or older and use GrosPrint for business purposes.

Alpha access

GrosPrint is in Alpha. Seats open in waves, and invite codes may skip the queue. Features, catalog and prices may change, and the service is provided "as is" while in Alpha. We may decline or revoke Alpha access.

Your account

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email; keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your details accurate.

Your designs and content

You keep ownership of your designs. You give GrosPrint a license to reproduce them only to make mockups, print, ship and support your orders. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload. We may refuse or cancel orders that infringe intellectual property, are illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise violate our content rules, and we may suspend repeat infringers. Rights holders can send notices to support@grosprint.com.

Orders, pricing and payment

Products are made after they sell. You pay the factory price shown in your account plus shipping and applicable taxes; you set your own retail price on your store. Prices may change with notice; orders already placed keep their price. Paid services, such as strategy calls or future subscriptions, are billed in advance through our payment provider.

Production and shipping

Production and delivery times are estimates. Orders are made in Miami, USA, or in Warsaw, Poland during Alpha, and shipped by third-party carriers. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier. Misprints and damage are handled under the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Our platform

The GrosPrint site, software, mascots and brand, and the FlexMerch technology behind them, belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for non-payment, fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms. Orders in production are completed or refunded.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, GrosPrint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your designs or your store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Miami-Dade County, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
